Digital Products Only
All items sold on this website are digital files (software libraries, CAD templates, schematics, 3D models, etc.). No physical goods are shipped. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is considered final, and we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds. Once a download link has been sent and accessed, the product is considered consumed and non‑refundable. We strongly recommend reviewing the product description, screenshots, and compatibility information before making a purchase.

Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using the product—for example, a corrupted file, missing download link, or file format incompatibility clearly stated as supported—please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement file. In cases where the problem cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.

Exceptions
